loading.io is an online service provider for creating simple animations on the fly since 2014. Loading.io is provided by PlotDB Ltd., a company incorporated in 2017, and a small team based in Asia.
As a service provider, we mainly focus on providing graphics and animation tools for different areas, such as web development, marketing, journalism and multimedia content creation. Following are the services provided by PlotDB Ltd.:

While we provide loading.io as a self-service to make animation, we also provide open-sourced libraries for developers, designers or studios to build their websites and projects. These libraries can be found in our navigation bar, or you can go directly to our GitHub Organization.
All libraries, if not specified, are released under MIT License. For any issue regarding to these libraries, please open a ticket directly in corresponding GitHub repositories.
For self-service purchasing or subscription, we only accept payment via Credit Card for the time being. The cards we currently support include VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay and JCB.
All purchased items will be available for downloading immediately. All payments and related credential information are encrypted and transferred through SSL with 2048bit RSA.
To gain access to our online assets, you can either pay per item or subscribe our service; pay per item will grant 48 hours access to specific asset, while subscription gives you unlimited access to all resources in our website in your billing period.
Invoice for payment will be available for downloading after paid in your personal page; check billing page ( need login ) for your complete purchase history and corresponding invoice.
Credit card payment are regulated by credit card companies and banks, so sometimes the payments will fail if they reject your transactions for any reason.
